Adam Tanker to present a CLE on the intersection of Family Law and Criminal Law
Obermayer partner Adam Tanker will present a CLE at the Bucks County Bar Association (BCBA), titled “Collision Course: Family Law and Criminal Law” on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
This is a collision course on the intersection of the two practice areas, Family Law and Criminal Law. Attendees will learn valuable information, which will help them to properly advise their clients.

Adam is a highly regarded and seasoned family law litigation attorney serving the greater Doylestown, PA area. His practice includes prenuptial agreements, custody, domestic abuse and protection from abuse matters, child and spousal support, divorce, separation, and cohabitation.
Adam is a former Deputy District Attorney for the Bucks County, Pennsylvania, District Attorney’s office, where he served as Chief of the Asset Forfeiture Unit and was assigned to the office’s gangs, guns, and drug unit. He also acted as the office’s community liaison for gang violence. In this role, Adam helped crime victims find their voice and ensured those who committed crimes were held accountable. He continues to use these skills to solve problems, assertively addressing the difficult issues his clients face.
