Adam Tanker to Present at PBI’s CLE “Third Parties in Custody Cases 2020”
Obermayer family law attorney Adam Tanker will co-present PBI’s CLE, titled “Third Parties in Custody Cases 2020” on Monday, December 14, 2020. This online course will examine third parties in custody two years after standing for grandparents and other third parties was changed and expanded. It will also cover the law and trends that have emerged in third party custody matters as well as how the practice has changed as a result of this expansion.
