Adam Tanker to Present at PBI’s Third Parties in Custody Cases 2024
Obermayer partner Adam Tanker will co-present at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) CLE, titled “Third Parties in Custody Cases 2024” on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. The course will examine third parties in custody from the perspective of attorneys, a judge, and a therapist/evaluator.
