Andrew Kasmen Behind one of PBJ’s Best Real Estate Deals of the Year
Each year the Philadelphia Business Journal honors the Best Real Estate Deals in Greater Philadelphia. One of this year’s honorees is 2201 E. Allegheny Ave. financing. Obermayer real estate partner Andrew Kasmen documented and closed the deal on behalf of our client OceanFirst Bank. The bank provided $42.5 million in construction to permanent financing for the development of the 172,000-square- foot, $93 million cold storage building in the city’s Port Richmond neighborhood.
The ranking of the Best Real Estate Deals of 2022 will be revealed on March 30, 2023, during a special event at the W Hotel, followed by a print edition at The Business Journal on March 31.
