Obermayer real estate partner Andrew Kasmen handled the financing for the acquisition of The Oldies.com warehouse, the unofficial mile marker in the southbound lanes of the 20-mile Blue Route, on behalf of our client Tompkins Community Bank. The West Conshohocken landmark visible from I-476 – has been purchased by Velocity Ventures Partners, a Bala Cynwyd-based private equity firm for $7.85 million.
