Back-to-School: Navigating Parenting Disputes
One of the most commonly litigated legal custody issues is “school-choice” and as families prepare to go into the next school year, we are seeing an increase in disputes among separated/divorced parents.
Many families fundamentally changed the way their children learn during the past year as a result of the pandemic. Parents who home-schooled during the pandemic may not agree that their Children should head back to their public/private school. Families also took advantage of the parochial school options that continued to have in-person learning when public schools shut down.
Join us on Monday, September 13, 2021, at 12:00 PM EDT as we discuss:
- what school-choice looks like now coming out of the pandemic;
- back to school concerns parents should be cognizant of and consider such as children’s mental health as they return to “normal;”
- as well as additional back-to-school concerns.
