Brett Wiltsey to be Honored at the 2024 Maryville’s Recovery for Life Gala

Obermayer’s Business and Finance partner Brett Wiltsey will be honored for his significant contributions to Maryville at the 2024 Recovery for Life Gala, an annual event that celebrates recovery and raises critical funds to help individuals and families who struggle with substance use and/or co-occurring mental health disorders. The Gala will be held in Deptford, NJ on  Friday, April 12, 2024. 

Maryville was the first nonprofit addiction agency to open in the state of New Jersey and is recognized as a leader in the treatment of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. For over 70 years, our holistic, evidence-based treatment approaches have helped bring hope, health, and healing to those suffering from opioid, alcohol, and other addictive substances.

Brett concentrates his practice in general corporate, business transactions, real estate, and financing matters. He has experience in representing clients with regard to litigation, real estate development, and New Jersey tax credits. His experience in advising clients in financial incentives and government relations includes guidance to regional and national financial institutions in litigation concerning Articles 3, 4, and 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code, Federal Regulation E, consumer fraud, fraudulent endorsements, and similar litigation matters, as well as workout, bankruptcy, and the drafting of loan and loan modification documents.
