David Nasatir and Karen Sanchez Honored as 2023 Top Lawyers in Montgomery County

David Nasatir and Karen Sanchez were included in the Top Lawyers in Montgomery County list for 2023, which recognizes law professionals who have made an impressive and lasting mark in Montgomery County. Dave and Karen were voted Best in the category of Business by readers of the Pottstown Mercury, Times Herald, and Reporter.

Dave is the Chairman of the Firm as well as the Chair of both the Business and Finance Department and the Workout and Lender Liability group. His clients range from small family-owned businesses to some of the largest financial institutions in the United States. Dave served as co-counsel to Governor-Elect Josh Shapiro’s transitional leadership team. He is the Chair of the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority and presently serves on the Board of Directors of both the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau (PHLCVB) and the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) Board of Directors.

A leader in her profession and communities, Karen is a business law attorney, concentrating her practice on financing, lender liability & workouts, mergers & acquisitions, real estate development, banking, tax, zoning & land use, and corporate matters. Karen represents financial institutions and borrowers in complex, front-end commercial transactions in real estate and asset-based lending, as well as restructurings and workouts. Karen has served as Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Controller since a resounding victory in 2015, her first bid for public office. She serves as the County’s financial watchdog of the more than 800,000 constituents.
