Diane Zabowski to present on end of life legal issues
Join Obermayer’s Trusts and Estates partner Diane Zabowski on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, as she co-presents at the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys’ (PAELA) CLE, titled “End of Life Decision Making: Revisiting Fiore and DLH and the evolving roles Courts, healthcare agents, representatives, and guardians play in dealing with end of life issues.”
Diane is an experienced orphans’ court litigator who has litigated more than 300 cases and served clients in Montgomery, Chester, Berks, and Bucks Counties. She has served as a court-appointed counsel in incapacity and termination of parental rights cases in Montgomery County and as a court-appointed counsel in incapacity cases in Chester County. Diane was appointed as a Substitute Mental Health Review Officer under the Mental Health Procedures Act in 2018. She has also testified as an expert witness in federal and state courts. She is a regular lecturer at bar associations, community programs, and paralegal programs.
