Dominic Liberi Appointed Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Transaction Law Committee

Obermayer partner Dominic Liberi was appointed Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Transaction Law Committee. His term runs from July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024. The mission of this committee is to promote business law, including financial services, securities, banking, and general corporate law practice areas. The committee offers educational seminars, discussion forums, and networking opportunities.

Dominic has a varied practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, finance, technology law, corporate and partnership law, securities, and real estate. He has over 30 years of successful experience representing and counseling public and private corporations and other enterprises in complex business transactions, including restructurings and recapitalizations, as well as providing counsel and guidance in connection with various federal, state, and local issues affecting regulated business clients.
