Dominic Liberi Reappointed Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Transaction Law Committee

Obermayer partner Dominic Liberi was reappointed Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Transaction Law Committee for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. The mission of this committee is to promote business law, including financial services, securities, banking, and general corporate law practice areas. The committee offers educational seminars, discussion forums, and networking opportunities.

Dominic counsels owners and professional management of established businesses and entrepreneurs of early stage companies and start-ups on a wide range of matters, including corporate and partnership law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and industrial real estate transactions, venture capital investment, commercial law and finance, recapitalizations, and restructurings, including secured transactions and creditor and debtor rights, and regulatory matters in such areas as securities and anti-trust law. His practice encompasses a diverse group of clients, including businesses engaged in the fields of internet technology, manufacturing, distribution, transportation and logistics, finance, and insurance as well as commercial lenders and private investors. Dominic has held general counsel and senior management and director roles in private and public companies and currently serves as U.S. counsel for several European public and private companies.
