From The Intelligencer: Dublin Town Center could change face of borough

Obermayer partner Nate Fox garners land development approval to Dublin Town Center I L.P. On October 14th, 2019 Dublin Borough Council members gave preliminary and final plan approval to revitalize 17 acres in the borough. Plans include one single family home, 78-townhouses, 15,000-square-foot mixed use building, a 14,830 square-foot “one story community health care building,” and “adaptive reuse” of multiple existing buildings along state Route 313 (North Main Street) and Elephant Road in Dublin Borough, Bucks County, PA. Construction is expected to begin in 2020 on this exciting mixed use project in the heart of Dublin Borough with the stated goal of creating a town square and community hub.
