Hillary Moonay Convenes Her First PBA Family Law Section Winter Meeting As The Section’s Chair

Congratulations to Hillary Moonay, Co-Chair of Obermayer’s Family Law Group and Chair of the PBA Family Law Section, for skillfully leading the 2024 PBA Family Law Section’s Winter Meeting. Held from Thursday, January 11, to Sunday, January 14, 2024, in Charleston, South Carolina, Hillary played a pivotal role in overseeing every aspect of the meeting’s planning and execution. 

Obermayer’s family law team surprised Hillary by hosting a welcome reception in her honor. 

Hillary focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, mediation, arbitration, and related issues. In addition to her role as chair of the PBA Family Law Section, Hillary is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and co-chair of the Bucks County Bar Association Family Law Section.
