Hillary Moonay Elected as Bucks County Bar Foundation Trustee
Family law partner Hillary Moonay was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Bucks County Bar Foundation (BCBF), the charitable arm of the Bucks County Bar Association. Its mission, consistent with its charter and as a 501(c)(3) charitable entity, is to promote and support programs, organizations, and individuals throughout Bucks County who are engaged in activities designed to foster respect for the rule of law, the advancement of rights, liberties and protections under the law as well as activities which have as a principal purpose the advancement of social justice for the individuals, families and communities of Bucks County.
Hillary is also actively involved in numerous professional associations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, where she currently serves as Second Vice Chair. She is a member of the Executive Committee and Council and is a member of the Rules Committee. She is also the former chairperson of the Section’s Programming and Rules Committees. Additionally, Hillary is currently the chairperson of the Bucks County Bar Association Family Law Section and a Co-Chair of the Programming Committee for the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is also a member of the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court.
