Hillary Moonay Elected First Vice Chair of Family Law Section of PA Bar Association

Hillary Moonay was elected as First Vice-Chair of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association during the Section’s summer meeting on July 16. Hillary previously served as 2nd Vice-Chair, and Secretary for the Section.

Hillary focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, mediation, arbitration, and related issues.
