Hillary Moonay to Present on Mediations in Bucks County
Join Hillary Moonay, partner and co-chair of Obermayer’s Family Law department, on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, as she co-presents at the Bucks County Bar Association’s (BCBA) CLE program, “Mediations in Bucks County: What You Must Know.”
The event will take place at the Doylestown Country Club, followed by a round of golf. Space is limited to 20 attendees.
Hillary is a family law attorney with extensive experience handling all aspects of domestic relations matters, including divorce, custody, support, alimony, equitable distribution, and prenuptial agreements. She is a dedicated leader in the legal community, currently serving as Immediate Past Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, where she has held key leadership roles, including Chair, Chair-Elect, and Vice-Chair. Additionally, she is the Co-Chair of the Bucks County Bar Association Family Law Section and serves on the Board of Managers for the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Hillary is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates and a Trustee of the Bucks County Bar Foundation.
