Kellie McGowan Appointed to the Bucks County Conservation District Board
Kellie McGowan, who heads Obermayer’s suburban real estate team, was recently appointed to the Bucks County Conservation District Board. The Bucks County Conservation District (BCCD) was created in a Resolution by the County of Bucks in 1961. At that time it was determined that the conservation of soil resources and the control and prevention of soil erosion were problems of public concern in the County of Bucks. BCCD’s mission is to provide for the wise use, management, and development of the county’s soil, water, and related natural resources. This is accomplished with the cooperation of public agencies, private groups, and individuals.
Kellie focuses practice on real estate transactions, financing, and zoning, and land use matters. She represents businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in financing transactions, as well as residential, commercial, and industrial real estate matters, including sales, acquisitions, and leasing. Kellie has experience in all aspects of commercial transactions, including due diligence, title review, financing structure, negotiations, and documentation. She represents local and regional financial institutions in the structuring, negotiating, and closing of business and commercial real estate loan transactions. In addition to handling residential, commercial, and industrial real estate transactions, Kellie consults with Pennsylvania and New Jersey real estate professionals on issues relating to residential agreements, dispute resolution, and litigation avoidance.
