Leslie Spoltore to Present on Protection From Abuse and Domestic Violence issues at DSBA’s Fundamentals of Family Law 2024
Join Obermayer’s family law partner Leslie Spoltore on Friday, May 31, 2024, as she presents at Fundamentals of Family Law 2024, sponsored by the Delaware State Bar Association (BSBA). Leslie’s session will focus on Protection From Abuse (PFA) and Domestic Violence issues.
Leslie assists clients with a range of family law matters, including divorce, adoptions, child support and alimony, custody and guardianship, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, litigation, and property division, including the valuation of closely held businesses. Leslie is a certified mediator for Family Court and a Certified Domestic Relations Arbitrator with the Delaware State Bar Association.
