Mark Danek Appointed to the Montgomery County Advisory Council to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission

Obermayer real estate partner Mark Danek has been appointed to the Montgomery County Advisory Council to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC). The council is dedicated to advancing fair housing, equality, and diversity within Montgomery County. This newly established Advisory Council will collaborate with state-level members to promote and facilitate their objectives within Montgomery County.

Mark has extensive experience representing real estate developers, investors, lenders, nonprofit organizations, and private clients in business and corporate law, real estate, zoning, land development, construction, and litigation matters. With an undergraduate degree in architecture, Mark brings an industry-leading insight into the complex construction process, from inception to completion. gives him a thorough understanding of the construction process, from start to finish.
