Melissa Atkins to Present at PBI’s Employment Law Institute 2023

Melissa Atkins, a partner in Obermayer’s labor and employment department, will co-present at PBI’s Employment Law Institute 2023, which will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center on April 18-19, 2023. Melissa’s panel, titled “Trusting the Process: The Differences Between Public and Private Employment Rights, Complaints and Disciplinary Processes,” is scheduled for Tuesday, April 18, at 9:50 am.

Melissa represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment-related agreements, union negotiations, Act 111 negotiations, grievance hearings, executive compensation, internal investigations, wage and hour matters, employee benefits, as well as employment litigation.
