Melissa Atkins, a partner in Obermayer’s labor and employment department, will present at the PBA Minority Bar Committee’s 2024 Diversity Summit on October 30, 2024. This year’s theme is Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Moving Forward to Build a More Inclusive Bar and Legal System Despite Recent Political and Legal Challenges. Melissa will present “Practicum: What to do if Facing or Defending Against Workplace Discrimination Claims?”
