Michael Bertin Elected Secretary Of Pennsylvania Chapter Of American Academy Of Matrimonial Lawyers

Obermayer family law partner Michael E. Bertin was elected to the officer position of Secretary of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). Michael is a former Chair of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the former Chair of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is a frequent author and lecturer on family law topics. Michael selected by Best Lawyers® as the 2021 Family Law “Lawyer of the Year” in the Philadelphia region. He also co-wrote the book on Pennsylvania child custody law, Pennsylvania Child Custody Law, Practice, and Procedure.
