Michael Thom and Nicole Norcross Presented at the ACCGP 14th Annual In-House Counsel Conference

Obermayer real estate attorneys Michael Thom and Nicole Norcross presented a panel on COVID’s impact on commercial real estate at the ACC Greater Philadelphia Chapter 14th Annual In-House Counsel Conference held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center on May 4, 2022. 

Michael and Nicole were joined by Aileen Schwartz, Senior Vice President, Senior Corporate Counsel the US, and Privacy Officer for Hill International. Their panel, titled “Commuting from the Couch: COVID-19’s Impact on Commercial Real Estate,” covered purchase and sale agreements, leases, and future trends in commercial real estate.
