Nate Fox is the Lawyer Behind One of The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deal of 2022
Nate Fox, who heads Obermayer’s Suburban Land Use team, was behind The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deal of 2022 in the retail and hospitality category. As a first-place winner, Dublin Town Center was recognized as one of the most impactful real estate projects of the year. An outside panel of judges selected this year’s honorees, which total 30 deals/projects and the people behind them.
Nate and his team have been involved in the development of the Central Bucks County town center since the beginning, including obtaining the land development approval in 2019. Dublin Town Center is a mixed-use community that includes 78 townhomes, a 45,000-square-foot mixed-use building with 30 apartments and 7,000 square feet of retail space, plus several adaptive reuses. The master plan has taken Nehemiah Development about four years to complete and has created a link between Doylestown and Quakertown.
“It’s great to see both a friend and client get recognition for the realization of a long-time vision, and it was a privilege to work on such a visible development project. Dublin Town Center found a way to combine imaginative adaptive re-use and new construction components to develop a place where folks can live, work, eat, and shop in one destination,” said Nate.
