Nate Fox Quoted in Levittown Now
Nate Fox, a partner in Obermayer’s Business & Finance Department, was quoted in Levittown Now in connection with his work on behalf of D.R. Horton, Inc. related to a plan for one of the five closed elementary school sites in Bristol Township. Nate represents D.R. Horton, Inc., which is one of the three developers who presented proposals at a special Bristol Township Council meeting last Tuesday evening. Nate commented on D.R. Horton, Inc.’s plan for the 20.9-acre Lafayette Elementary School site off Fayette Drive and the factors that led to the current proposed plan for age-restricted twin homes.
“What we’re looking to provide is a place where residents in Bristol Township can age in place,” Fox said.
