As the spread of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) continues, and has yet to reach its peak in the U.S., Obermayer is forming an interdisciplinary Coronavirus legal strategy response team to best advise our clients on how to handle both the current legal implications related to the pandemic, and the aftermath many businesses will face once the panic settles.
