Obermayer Attorneys Present at 2016 Energi Risk Management Summit

Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP attorneys Alex Basilevsky and Tricia Swann presented at the 2016 Energi Risk Management Summit in Las Vegas. Basilevsky presented on a panel addressing developing safety culture in the workplace and Swann discussed the importance of properly drafted defense and indemnity agreements with business partners. Basilevsky also participated in a round-table discussion of the recent Morristown decision by the New Jersey Appellate Division, and its implications for the heating oil industry in New Jersey. The Summit is geared towards small and middle market companies that are interested in enhancing risk management and business operations.

Basilevsky concentrates his practice in the areas of complex litigation and environmental law. He represents clients in litigation driven by complex expert testimony of a technical and/or scientific nature, including both environmental and non-environmental litigation.

Swann has comprehensive experience in business and commercial litigation. She has represented numerous mid-size to large corporate entities involved in various types of commercial litigation, including contractual litigation, construction litigation, products liability, personal injury defense litigation (including national trucking entities) and Directors & Officers liability litigation.
