Hillary Moonay’s panel, titled “Gag Orders in Child-Custody Litigation: Social Media and the Privacy Interests of Children,” focused on gag orders and the privacy interests of the child.
Marcelina Policicchio‘s panel, titled “Case Law, Rules & Legislative Updates,” covered the most recent divorce and alimony cases available since the last meeting.
