Obermayer partner Dove Burns is co-chairing the 15th Annual Employment Practices Liability Insurance ExecuSummit, which will be held in Uncasville, CT on September 24th and 25th. Backed by her broad experience in defense representation of corporate clients and executives in a variety of high-exposure employment law and professional liability matters, she will moderate “Pay Parity and the Revival of the EEOC Pay Data Survey -Exposure, Assessments and Preparations” panel.
Partner Stacey Pitcher will also serve as a moderator, overseeing the discussion “50 Years Since Stonewall – the Status of LGBT Rights –The Supreme Court, the Equality Act, and Corporate Initiatives.” In her practice, Stacey advises employers regarding recent changes to the law, writes and revises policies and procedures, conducts a variety of training and seminars, and provides risk management solutions to avoid or mitigate litigation and exposure.
