David A. Nasatir, Partner and Vice Chair of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, recently provided reduced-cost legal assistance to Different Duck Films in support of their upcoming documentary regarding autism. Nasatir helped this noteworthy project by negotiating with the investor’s sponsors to finalize terms and drafting the investment documents. The film, titled, “Love and Communication,” will be released in 2019, and will include Obermayer’s logo in the credits as well as on their film website.
