Aimee is an attorney in the Labor and Employment department. She focuses her practice on representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment–related agreements, executive compensation, employee benefits, internal investigations, wage and hour matters, as well as employment litigation.
Aimee is a problem solver. Her approach is to actively listen to her clients’ issues and ask the tough questions so that she can guide her clients to a positive resolution. Her prior experience in matters of general civil litigation has taught her how to guide clients through the various stages of litigation and distill issues down to basics to get the best results possible.
When Aimee is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and cooking new recipes with her husband, or reading, particularly Edith Wharton novels. Aimee is an avid Phillies fan and a Philadelphia sports fan in general. As a former college softball player, it is important to her to stay active.
Aimee has managed a case load of diverse issues in the realm of civil litigation, with a focus on employment matters, as well as landlord and tenant matters. She has extensive experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, as well as researching and arguing various motions, pleadings and legal memoranda in federal and state courts.
In law school, Aimee served as Vice President of Moot Court Board, and Secretary of Women’s Law Division. She also graduated Magna Cum Laude. In college, Aimee was a four-year NCAA Division I Softball Team player. She was a recipient of both athletic and academic scholarship and graduated top ten of a class of over 2,000.
