“My clients’ concerns are my concerns, their issues are my issues, and I am here to help them succeed and achieve their goals. ”
Andrew is a corporate and real estate attorney. He serves as a strategic advisor, advocate and negotiator for his clients on all matters, and prioritizes being part of his client’s team, rather than just a consultant or bystander.
Andrew tailors his practice to each of his clients’ needs. He is a conscientious listener who, rather than just hearing his clients, searches to understand what they are really trying to say. By understanding each client’s unique needs, he can develop an appropriate strategy to move forward.
When he’s not working, Andrew enjoys playing tennis and basketball, reading, and napping. He’s also an avid Philadelphia sports fan, following teams at the professional and collegiate level.
Andrew primarily practices in all aspects of real estate and banking law, including acquisitions and sales of commercial and residential real property, commercial leasing, lender finance and other transactional matters.
