Breana serves as Obermayer’s Human Resources Director. She leads the firm’s HR operations, including policy creation and administration, recruiting, staffing, as well as day-to-day supervision and performance management for the firm’s administrative professionals.
Breana enjoys the sense of accomplishment and achievement that comes with her profession. It brings her great gratification in communicating with individuals and helping them navigate both business and personal life events. She sees every challenge as an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
When not working, Breana loves to travel and experience new cultures and places, though, for her, motherhood is the best journey she’s been on so far. As a first-time mom, Breana enjoys seeing things through her daughter’s eyes, celebrating each new milestone.
