Chris is an attorney in the Labor and Employment department. He focuses his practice on representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment-related agreements, executive compensation, employee benefits, internal investigations, collective bargaining, compliance, training, wage and hour matters, as well as employment litigation.

Chris enjoys using his knowledge to help people solve issues. He thrives in the ever-changing landscape of the legal profession and believes that helping clients avoid legal problems is key to creating better workplaces. He listens to clients to develop creative solutions to their legal issues. This might involve vigorously defending their interests against claims or working with adversaries to reach an acceptable resolution. By listening closely, he also identifies potential areas where he can help clients avoid legal issues, whether through training, providing guidance to Human Resources and management, or offering compliance training for employees.

In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth baseball, golfing, and touring new cities.

As a seasoned labor and employment attorney, Chris has served as labor counsel to both private and public entities, specializing in management-side labor relations. His expertise includes collective negotiations, working conditions, employee disciplinary matters, labor grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, and employee engagement issues. He also counsels clients on best practices for policies and procedures related to discrimination, hiring, termination, and leaves of absence to ensure compliance with New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Federal laws. Additionally, Chris conducts and prepares internal investigation reports related to claims of discrimination and harassment.

Chris was named to the New Jersey Rising Stars® list for 2019-2020.

In the community, Chris serves on the Board of Trustees for the Hopewell Valley Baseball and Softball Association and coaches 9-U travel baseball.

Before attending law school, Chris distinguished himself at the College of the Holy Cross, where he was Captain of the Men’s NCAA Division I Varsity Swimming and Diving Team.
