Kasia focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, representing both individual and corporate clients, in a range of litigation matters in the construction, commercial, employment, real estate, insurance, and other industries. Kasia supports clients throughout the litigation process, starting with the initial investigation and case evaluation, through motion practice and discovery process, attending conferences, providing trial support, and culminating with the enforcement of court orders and collecting on judgments.
Kasia was born and raised in Poland, and still embraces her roots, proudly representing clients from various cultural backgrounds and geographic areas.
Before and while attending law school, Katarzyna worked full-time as a paralegal/law clerk in civil and criminal defense firms. She gained valuable hands-on experience during this period, which she now integrates to effectively address the needs of her clients.
