Kimberley A. Farmer focuses her practice on corporate law, business law, and commercial real estate transactions. Her work includes business formation and development; mergers and acquisitions; and loan and refinancing transactions.
Kimberley also advises clients regarding day-to-day business activities, including the negotiation and preparation of licensing, distribution and service agreements and contracts with customers, vendors, employees, consultants, and investors. In her real estate practice, Kimberley handles the acquisition and disposition of commercial, industrial and retail properties; real estate financing; and lease negotiations. She has worked with clients across multiple industries including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, IT and healthcare.
In her free time, Kimberley enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, exercising, cooking and traveling.
Some of Kimberley’s representative cases include:
- Stock sale of a toy and manufacturing company, including preparation and negotiation of the letter of intent and stock purchase agreement, management of due diligence, closing and post-closing matters;
- Representation of a client in the acquisition of an apparel company including lease negotiations for multiple retail store locations;
- Managed the sale of multiple residential apartment buildings;
- Assisted in the acquisition and financing of a sports complex facility; and
Represented a pharmaceutical company in the refinancing of a current loan and purchase of new manufacturing/warehouse facility.
