Matt is an attorney in Obermayer’s Litigation Department, focusing his practice on real estate and business litigation.
His passion for advocating on behalf of others inspired him to pursue a legal career. Growing up as the youngest of five siblings, he developed a strong appreciation for teamwork and is driven by a personal commitment to improve each day.
Matt is dedicated to thoroughly investigating all relevant facts in legal disputes through the discovery process. His willingness to take cases to trial ensures that clients receive maximum value and a strategic advantage. He works closely with clients at every stage of a lawsuit, understanding their business needs to help them make informed decisions.
Matt is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and also practices before a variety of domestic arbitration forums.
Outside of his legal practice, Matt is an American history nerd, particularly interested in the American Revolution and the Civil War. He is actively involved in his church, stays fit through weightlifting and CrossFit, and enjoys relaxing at the Delaware beaches.

- Successfully argued before a panel of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, which affirmed a client’s successful motion to dismiss a commercial insurance dispute.
- Sat second chair at a legal malpractice trial with potential seven-figure exposure.
- Obtained a complete defense verdict in a Pennsylvania arbitration matter.
- Presented on behalf of a major general contractor at a construction mediation before the American Arbitration Association
