Sean is an attorney in Obermayer’s Business and Finance department, where he focuses on zoning, land use, and real estate law. He partners with developers and individuals, offering straightforward advice to help them smoothly navigate the challenges of zoning, land development, and subdivision approvals.
When he’s not at the office, Sean enjoys quality time with his wife, Kerry, and their daughters, Regan and Madison. He’s an avid weightlifter, a devoted Eagles fan, and keeps a keen interest in politics.
Prior to joining Obermayer, Sean worked as a municipal solicitor for several municipalities, zoning hearing boards, and municipal authorities. This experience helps him leverage key relationships and anticipate regulatory challenges, allowing him to create strategic solutions for his clients.
As a municipal solicitor, Sean successfully handled multiple land use appeals in the Court of Common Pleas and Commonwealth Court. He also argued numerous contested applications before zoning hearing boards.
Earlier in his career, Sean served as a JAG Officer with the 82nd Airborne Division, providing legal counsel on operational, administrative, and fiscal law.
