Paul Heintz to Present at PBI’s Estate Law Institute 2023

Join Obermayer’s Trusts and Estates partner Paul C. Heintz on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, as he presents at the PBI’s 30th Anniversary of the Estate Law Institute. Paul’s presentation, titled “Navigating The Ethical Challenges in an Estate Planning Practice,” will discuss the “practical application of the Rules of Professional Conduct during the life cycle of the representation of an estate planning client: From the initial marketing effort to termination.”

Paul is a highly regarded, Philadelphia-based attorney with decades of experience in all areas of estate planning, including the successful settlement of over 600 estates and selection for “The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White)” since 1989.
