Stephanie Winegrad Addresses Family Law Issues with Upper Dublin High School Students

On March 7, 2024, Stephanie Winegrad, a partner in family law at Obermayer, visited Upper Dublin High School to address students in their child development class. Stephanie, who has volunteered for 14 years, spoke about the various obstacles that couples encounter during divorce proceedings, such as custody, support, and economic implications. Her next class is scheduled for March 15, 2024.

Stephanie has more than 25 years of experience in family law matters.  She litigates and negotiates family law cases in Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties. Stephanie has experience with high-conflict custody cases as well as complex financial matters. She has represented many professionals and business owners with high net worth, as well as dependent spouses who have been out of the workforce for many years. Stephanie has also represented clients with addictions as well as the spouse or partner of clients with addictions.
