Terry Mutchler and Her Team Successfully Defend Transparency in Penn State Case

Justin Boehret, Erika Silverbreit, and Terry Mutchler delivered a hard-fought victory for client, Penn State University Trustee Barry Fenchak. A Centre County Judge granted a restraining order against the Board of Trustees preventing them from removing the outspoken Trustee who has a pending  transparency lawsuit against the University to obtain records about  the school’s  4.4 Billion endowment.

The Judge delivered his decision one day after Justin Boehret argued the motion in Bellefonte – on his wedding anniversary!
