W. Frank Johnson and Elizabeth Vaysman to Participate in the 2022 Toby L. Dickman Family Law Seminar
Obermayer family law attorneys W. Frank Johnson and Liz Vaysman will participate in the 2022 Toby L. Dickman Family Law Seminar, hosted by the Montgomery Bar Association, on Wednesday, November 2, 2022.
Frank, who also co-chairs the seminar, will moderate a panel, titled “Two’s Company, Three’s a Crowd – Third Parties in Family Law Matters,” which will discuss third-party involvement in divorce, support, and custody cases. Liz will be participating as a presenter. The seminar will cover the procedure for joining third parties, potential ethical issues involving third parties, how to handle discovery directed at third parties, along with common factual and legal issues involving third parties in family law cases.
